Dear Sir,

There was Labor’s demented idea to install water meters in Hobart,  the only city in Australia with an unlimited water supply.   Then followed a Frankenstein bureaucracy,  accountable to no one.    Now that monster is at war with it’s creator.

I think it must be something in the water.
